Q. How do I contact IP Villas ?

Q. Can I hold an option on a villa?

A. Yes, IP Villas are able to hold your villa on option for up to 24 hours. We do not hold options on late bookings. Please get in touch.

Q. What deposit does IP Villas require to confirm a booking?

A. Booking your villa holiday is so easy. Overall, our villa holidays require 30 - 40% deposit to secure the booking. The final balance is due 6 weeks before departure. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks in advance then 100% of the value of the holiday is due at the time of booking.

Q. I have made my villa holiday booking, what happens next?.

A. Once you have made your booking, you will receive your booking confirmation via email within 24 hours of booking. (If a booking has been made over the weekend, your confirmation invoice will be emailed to you on the next business day)

Approximately 8 weeks before departure we will contact you to remind you with any upcoming payments due.

Final stage; once the above is complete and your balance is paid, you will receive your personal travel documentation via email. 

Q. When do I need to pay the balance of my holiday?

A. The final balance is due 6 weeks before departure.

Q. Are transfers / car hire included in the price?

A. Transfers / car hire are not included in the villa price. If you require car hire or transfers for your villa holiday, our travel specialist can arrange this for you, please get in touch.

Q. Can IP Villas arrange my car hire or airport transfers? What other services do you offer?

A. Yes! IP Villas has many services to offer you when booking you villa holiday. We can do anything you require, including: car hire, taxi transfers, boat hire and boat tours, private chefs and many excursions/day trips at your holiday destination for you. Please get in touch with our friendly concierge team to enquire on what services we can add to your holiday!

Q. What time is the villa available from and what time must it be vacated?

A. Check in is at 4pm. You will arrive to a villa that is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Check out is at 10am. When booking your own travel arrangements, please bear in mind the above information.

Q. Can we arrive to the villa before the check-in time ? 

Generally not, as our villas are usually full on the day you arrive, the previous guests leaving at 10 am. In some cases we can arrange for you to leave your luggage in the villa before the check in time. There is usually a nice restaurant for lunch, or a pretty beach nearby where you can relax while you are waiting. Contact us if you need help with this.

Q. Can we order a food shop before we arrive to the villa?

Many villas will do a food shop for you if you give us the list of items you would like. There will be a charge for this service, usually about 40 euro, in some cases more. Plus of course the cost of the food.

Q. Can I smoke inside of the villa?

A. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside any of our villas. Thank you for your cooperation.

Q. Are cots and highchairs available?

A. Most of our villas provide one complimentary cot and one complimentary high chair. Please let us know if you require a cot / highchair so we can add this to your booking.

Q. Is my villa pet friendly?

A. If you would like to take your pet on holiday, please contact us before confirming your booking to discuss whether pets are allowed in your chosen property.

Q. Is the pool fenced?

A. In Croatia most pools are not fenced. Some can be "blocked off" by a temporary barrier.  If the pool is fenced it will say so in the villa description.

Q. Are the pools heated?

A. More and more pools in our villas are heated. There may be an additional charge for the use of pool heating and a limit on the maximum temperature it will heat to. If there is a pool cover it is recommended that this is deployed when the pool is not in use as this will help the pool water retain heat.

Q. Is it possible to have a daily maid some days or every day?

Not in all villas. Some villas can provide a daily maid at extra cost and this can be specially arranged in advance. Daily maid usually costs 15 to 20 euro per hour.
