Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is known as 'The Pearl of the Adriatic' and with reason. Dubrovnik’s rich tourist offer includes various museums and galleries to explore, top-class restaurants to dine in and some of the most elite clubs. Boats go out to a Island of Lokrum regularly from a old harbour and the perfect place to relax if you want to really get away from it all.
Zaton Bay
The small picturesque bay of Zaton is located just 8km north of Dubrovnik. You can walk along the beautiful promenade combing the two areas, stopping in one of the sea-front restaurants and admiring the views. There are little coves and swimming spots dotted around Zaton, backed by shady pinewood, plus some longer beaches within a short walk.
Pelješac Peninsula
The stunning Pelješac peninsula lies approximately half an hours drive from Dubrovnik and stretches through the wine region, a further hour to its tip and the gateway to the islands of Korcula. Beautiful scenery, wonderful scenery, lovely beaches and good value food and wine, the peninsula is a great holiday location.
Korčula Island
Korcula is a beautiful island of fabulous beaches and coves, great wines and pretty sea side villages. The island is serrated by a number of isles and inlets, and a typical hallmark of the island is its thick vegetation.The old Town of Korcula is known as a mini Dubrovnik and it’s still being one of the best retained cities dating back to the Middle Ages in the Mediterranean.
Elaphite Islands
Elaphite Islands are a small archipelago consisting of several islands, located off the coast of Dubrovnik. Only three islands are inhabited: Kalamota, Lopud, and Sipan. There are no cars on the islands so it’s a lovely place to escape and really relax! The reasons for their popularity are simple – they are a paradise – greenery, sandy beaches, and a rich cultural heritage.
Mlini
Mlini Bay is a great place to stay, with its stunning beaches and pretty little harbour. It has a nice selection of restaurants and bars, and water taxi’s to Old Town of Dubrovnik and the sandy beaches of the Elafiti Islands. Mlini is only 15 minutes drive from the world famous, ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so you can sight-see, shop or eat at this beautiful city.
Cavtat
Cavtat has a gorgeous waterfront lined with palm trees and can cater for all your needs fantastic local restaurants, family konobas, bars, and lots of water sports on offer. Boat trips are also available to nearby islands and there are many beautiful swimming spots in the bay. There’s also a water taxi over to the old town of Dubrovnik and Elafiti islands.
Konavle
Konavle, one of the most beautiful natural areas in Croatia, with a rich rural tradition, offers truly unique experiences, from winery tours to wine and olive oil tastings, to village crafts and delicious local specialties at traditional restaurants. This area of farms, vineyards and stone houses, welcome all the hosts who are search for local tradition or way of life.
Orašac
Orašac is a one of the hidden gems of Dubrovnik area, with its beautiful beaches bellow the charming hills. Orašac has stunning views out across the blue, open sea with views out to the beautiful Elafiti Islands. The attractive Sun Gardens Resort which sits just below the village has a great beach, water sports, a good selection of bars, restaurants and spa center.
